Accessibility Statement

FoxtINN works toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA on the marketing site at foxtinn.com. This statement is not a claim of certified conformance. We have not completed a full assistive-technology audit of every page. Accessibility is ongoing work.
How we test today
Manual checks with keyboard and VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, plus contrast and structure review. We do not currently run a published axe CI gate. Testing with other screen readers (NVDA, JAWS) and a third-party audit is still outstanding. We do not claim VPAT or certified WCAG conformance.
Recent improvements (August 2026)
Call Laila is a non-modal floating pill (not aria-modal) and does not auto-open a card over the hero on desktop or mobile. Language chips are text, not fake buttons. Logo-strip and navy-on-blue contrast were darkened or lightened to meet AA. Heading levels in mockups, timeline, and footer no longer skip. Contact fields expose required and aria-invalid with associated errors. Pricing and ROI range inputs have labels via for=. Products and hamburger aria-controls are omitted until those menus exist in the DOM. Footer navigation has aria-label.
Known limitations
Decorative product mockups are not fully interactive applications; some mock UI is styled text rather than live controls. Motion is reduced when prefers-reduced-motion is set, but residual animation may remain in some browsers. The product portal at app.foxtinn.com has a separate accessibility backlog and is not covered by this statement.
Measures we take
Skip link to main content; lang="en" on the document; focus-visible styles; prefers-reduced-motion; accessible names on icon-only controls; alt text for informative images. Call Laila is a human for demos and is distinct from Lala (male AI virtual manager), Lali (female AI counterpart), and FoxtVoice (AI Front Desk).

Compatibility
