Does FoxtVoice replace my front desk staff?+

No. FoxtVoice is missed-call and after-hours coverage with a warm transfer. It handles routine inbound FAQs, directions, Wi-Fi, and parking. It does not fully replace a human front desk · we do not have a demo clip that shows otherwise.

Do I need FoxtINN Core to use FoxtVoice?+

No. FoxtVoice works as a standalone AI Front Desk. Core is optional if you also want scheduling, housekeeping, and Lala.

How fast can we go live?+

Core / Pro: we provision a portal login · set up in minutes so you can start exploring. There is no public self-serve signup. Multi-location Portfolio: guided rollout · timeline depends on properties and integrations. White Glove: we run the rollout end to end. FoxtVoice: 14-day free trial on the FoxtVoice page, then $99 setup to go live.

Does FoxtINN work offline?+

The store app is offline-first for clock-in, tasks, and checklists. Data syncs when the device is back online. Mobile is not the full web product. Recognition, Training, NFC, and Finance One writes are not store-ready and are not marketed as shipped on iOS/Android.

What is the difference between Lala, Lali, and Call Laila?+

Lala is FoxtINN’s male AI virtual manager. Lali is the female AI counterpart — same product, not a second fee. Call Laila is a human at (816) 816-3823 who schedules demos. FoxtVoice is a different product: the AI Front Desk.

What languages does Lala speak?+

English and Spanish across owner briefings, queries and SOP-aware answers. More languages on request for Portfolio.

Who can use Lala AI?+

Lala is built for owners and executives · it reads portfolio-wide ops and Finance One data. Staff use Core on web and the FoxtInn mobile app for scheduling, clock, tasks and chat. Standalone Finance One includes Lala at no extra charge (unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes). On Pro and Portfolio, the optional Lala add-on is $49/mo annual ($59 monthly) per account, covers every property on that account, and includes the same unlimited usage (Portfolio required for multi-property Core).

Is there a limit on Ask Lala or Lala voice each month?+

No. unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes — no per-month cap, nothing to buy more of. An Ask Lala answer is a completed Ask Lala reply. A Lala voice minute is Lala voice talk time. A Super Admin can still disable Lala for the organization.

Does Finance One require Portfolio?+

No. Portfolio (All Properties) unlocks Finance One on Core · Lala stays a paid add-on on that path (same unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes). Finance One is also a standalone SKU that includes Lala AI · no FoxtINN user licenses · no separate Lala fee. Owner Brief, Present Mode, and Ask Lala are on Brief only · not a deck of every module. Finance One is not a PMS and does not replace Choice reports.

Can Lala take actions on its own?+

By default, no. Lala drafts and proposes; you approve. Shift offers go through the swap marketplace; auto-approval is opt-in per workflow where configured.

Where is my data?+

US AWS by default (us-east-2). Portfolio customers can request EU or Canada data residency.

Do I need a credit card to see a demo?+

No for a guided demo. The FoxtINN portal also includes a 14-day Starter trial so you can explore Core with your team before choosing Pro or Portfolio.

Is there a minimum number of users?+
Yes. Every business starts at a minimum of 10 seats at $5/user/mo annual ($6/user/mo monthly) · that's $50/mo seat cost to start on annual · plus plan fees as applicable. You can add seats above 10 anytime.
Does annual billing save 17%?+
Yes on Pro seats, Portfolio property fees, and Lala AI. Annual saves 17% vs monthly on those lines. White Glove is monthly only · no annual option or 17% discount. How does White Glove pricing work?+
White Glove Light Touch starts at $249/mo flat · monthly only · no yearly option. Higher coverage tiers are quoted to your portfolio. It is a managed service, not an App tier.
What counts as a "user"?+
An active employee with login access in any given month · anyone who actually opens FoxtINN. Hourly staff who don't log in (back-of-house only, paper time cards) don't count. Billing still floors at 10 seats.
How does Pro differ from Portfolio?+
Pro is built for a single location (min 10 seats). Portfolio is required for multiple properties · it adds multi-property billing (per-seat plus per-property fees), Finance One (included with Portfolio), and enterprise support. Finance One is also available standalone at $199/mo first property and $149/mo each additional · Lala AI included (unlimited Ask Lala answers and unlimited Lala voice minutes) · no FoxtINN user licenses. Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee on Pro. Portfolio includes guided implementation; White Glove managed service rolls implementation into the quote.
How long does setup take?+

Can I cancel?+
Yes. Pro is month-to-month or annual and auto-renews until you cancel. Cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Portfolio contracts are typically annual, with 60 days written notice to non-renew. White Glove Light Touch is monthly only · pause or resize with notice as stated in your order form. Who gets the 99.9% SLA?+
