How fast can we go live?+

Single-location Pro: under a week. Multi-location Portfolio: 2–4 weeks depending on integrations. White Glove: we run the rollout end to end.

Does FoxtINN work offline?+

Yes. The mobile app is offline-first for clock-in, tasks and checklists. Data syncs when the device is back online.

What languages does Lala speak?+

English and Spanish across all flows · schedules, SOPs, briefings, queries, review responses. More languages on request for Portfolio.

Can Lala take actions on its own?+

By default, no. Lala drafts and proposes; you approve. Auto-approval is opt-in per workflow (e.g., auto-fill coverage with eligible same-role staff under 35 OT hours).

Where is my data?+

US AWS by default (us-east-2). Portfolio customers can request EU or Canada data residency.

Do I need a credit card to see a demo?+

No. We don't run a self-serve free trial. Request a demo and we build a tailored environment with your industry, headcount and locations.

Why is Portfolio and White Glove pricing gated?+
Multi-property pricing depends on properties, peak headcount, the integrations you need, your support SLA, and whether you want a managed-service analyst. We price the work · not the seat · and we’d rather quote you accurately than publish a number that doesn’t fit your business.
What counts as a "user"?+
An active employee with login access in any given month · anyone who actually opens FoxtINN. Hourly staff who don’t log in (back-of-house only, paper time cards) don’t count.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee on Pro. Portfolio and White Glove plans include guided implementation; the cost of that work is rolled into the annual price.
How long does setup take?+
Most single-location Pro customers are live in under a week. Multi-location Portfolio rollouts typically run 2–4 weeks, depending on integrations. White Glove customers can hand us the keys · we do the work.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Pro is month-to-month or annual; cancel any time. Portfolio and White Glove contracts are annual, with 60 days written notice to non-renew. We don’t believe in long lock-ins.
Where is my data stored?+
US-based AWS infrastructure by default, encrypted in transit and at rest. Portfolio customers can request custom data residency in EU or Canada regions. SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA.
Do you charge extra for Lala AI?+
Pro includes 5 Lala queries per user per day at no additional cost. Portfolio and White Glove include unlimited Lala. Briefings, exception surfacing and coverage filling aren’t counted against the quota.
