Pro is one location with a min 10-seat floor. Portfolio is required for multi-property and for Finance One. Portfolio published rate is $49/property/mo annual (up to 3 properties · 4+ custom). Optional Lala AI add-on is $49/mo annual ($59 monthly) per account. White Glove Light Touch starts at $249/mo monthly only.
Security as practice
SOC 2 Type II program in progress · materials under NDA. BAA available for eligible PHI workloads. Periodic pentests. Audit trails on Lala actions.
