Does Finance One require Portfolio?+
Yes. Finance One (night-audit ingest, Portfolio P&L, Daily Owner Brief) does not start without Portfolio. Pro is single-location Core only · add Portfolio to unlock Finance One.
How does White Glove pricing work?+
White Glove Light Touch starts at $249/mo flat · monthly only · no yearly option. Higher coverage tiers are quoted to your portfolio. It is a managed service, not an App tier.
What counts as a "user"?+
An active employee with login access in any given month · anyone who actually opens FoxtINN. Hourly staff who don't log in (back-of-house only, paper time cards) don't count. Billing still floors at 10 seats.
How does Pro differ from Portfolio?+
Pro is built for a single location (min 10 seats). Portfolio is required for multiple properties · it adds multi-property billing (per-seat plus per-property fees), Finance One (Portfolio required · does not start on Pro alone), and enterprise support. Lala AI is a separate $49/mo annual ($59 monthly) per-account add-on (AI virtual manager · not Laila or FoxtVoice) that covers all properties on the account. Is there a setup fee?+

Can I cancel?+

Where is my data stored?+
AWS infrastructure (us-east-2) by default, encrypted in transit and at rest. Portfolio customers can request custom data residency in EU or Canada regions.
