CCPA / CPRA

Last updated:

This is FoxtINN’s California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act notice for consumers and business contacts. It applies to personal information we collect on foxtinn.com and, where FoxtINN is a business with respect to that information, related sales records. For Customer Data in the product we typically act as a service provider / processor under the DPA. This notice is not legal advice.

Notice at collection — categories

We may collect identifiers (name, email, phone, company); professional information (role, locations); commercial information (plan interest, demo notes); internet activity on this site (server logs, essential cookies); and audio information if you call Laila or use FoxtVoice as a customer. We collect this to respond to inquiries, provide the service, secure the site, and meet legal duties.

We do not sell or share

FoxtINN does not sell personal information. FoxtINN does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by CPRA. Because we do not sell or share, we do not operate a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out link or honor Global Privacy Control as a sale/share signal — there is no sale or share to opt out of. If that changes, we will add the required link and honor GPC.

Your rights

California residents may request: (1) to know / access categories and specific pieces of PI; (2) deletion; (3) correction; (4) limitation of use of sensitive PI if we collect it for a purpose that requires that right; and (5) non-discrimination for exercising rights. We will disclose retention in the Data Retention Schedule.

Sensitive personal information

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. Do not send PHI or government ID numbers through the marketing contact form.

How to submit a request

Email hello@foxtcon.com with the subject “California privacy request,” or Call Laila at (816) 816-3823. Describe the request. We will verify your identity (for example by matching the email we already have). You may use an authorized agent with signed permission and identity verification.

Response timing

We aim to acknowledge and complete requests within the statutory periods (generally 45 days, extendable as the law allows).

Employees and B2B

If you are a California employee or contractor of a FoxtINN customer, your employer is typically the business; we will route the request as a service provider. If you are a California job applicant to FoxtINN, email the same address.
