Prohibited content
No illegal, infringing, or harmful content. No CSAM. No content that violates third-party rights or applicable privacy/health laws (including uploading PHI without a BAA).
Prohibited conduct
No security probing without written authorization, denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, scraping that impairs the service, or unauthorized access attempts.
Communications & TCPA
Channels, SMS, and customer-facing communications must comply with applicable spam, marketing, and consent laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and TCPA where applicable). You may not use FoxtVoice or Core messaging to place unsolicited telemarketing calls without required consent. See FoxtVoice Terms.
Emergency services
You may not configure FoxtVoice as a substitute for 911 / emergency services, or instruct callers that the AI Front Desk is an emergency line.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure where feasible and legally permitted.
