End User License Agreement

This document describes how FoxtINN, Inc. ("FoxtINN," "we," "us") handles end user license agreement matters. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. License grant
FoxtINN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the web portal and any FoxtINN iOS or Android applications solely for your organization's internal operations under a valid subscription or trial.
Who may use it
Only individuals your organization invites. You may not share logins. Seat billing floors and active-user rules are described on the pricing page and in your order form.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, sublicense, scrape, or use the application to build a competing product, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law. You may not remove proprietary notices.
Updates
FoxtINN may release updates to add features, fix bugs, or address security. Updates are governed by this EULA and the Terms of Service. We do not promise that mobile apps expose every web module.
Open source and third-party components
The applications may include third-party or open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those licenses govern those components.
Termination
This license terminates if you breach these terms or if your organization's subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the application and delete local copies where reasonably practicable.
Export
Use of the software is subject to the Export Compliance & Sanctions page and U.S. law.
Limitation of liability
Liability under this EULA is subject to the same caps and exclusions as the Terms of Service.
Governing law
Delaware law; venue as stated in the Terms of Service.
