Subprocessors

FoxtINN uses a small set of trusted subprocessors to deliver the service. The list below reflects current production use for the product. Marketing-site hosting providers may also process request logs. This is not an exhaustive list of every SaaS tool our employees use internally for email or project tracking when Customer Data is not intended to flow there.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Hosting, compute, storage, database, email (SES), and marketing-site hosting. US-East-2 region by default.
Stripe
Payment processing for invoicing where enabled.
Twilio
SMS notifications (opt-in only) and, where enabled, telephony components used to deliver FoxtVoice or other messaging features. Destination carriers may handle call termination.
Anthropic
Foundation model provider for Lala AI features, configured with provider zero-data-retention options where available for our deployment.
Internal tooling
Project and documentation tools (for example Linear or Notion) are used for internal product development. Customer production data is not intended to flow into those tools by design.
Updates
