FoxtINN complies with applicable U.S. export controls and economic sanctions administered by OFAC, BIS, and related authorities.
Restricted jurisdictions
FoxtINN is not available to users in countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or where providing the service would violate applicable law.
Restricted parties
We screen against applicable restricted-party lists as part of our compliance program.
Customer obligations
You may not use FoxtINN in violation of export or sanctions laws, or permit access by restricted parties. You may not use FoxtVoice to place calls into restricted jurisdictions.
Encryption
The service uses standard commercial encryption. You are responsible for any additional export classification of data you store.
