Getting started
How long does onboarding take?
Most operators are up and running in under 48 hours. Free plan users can self-serve in minutes. Pro and Advanced customers receive a guided onboarding session covering data import, role setup, and team training.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. Our Free plan is free forever for up to 5 staff at one location. Pro and Advanced plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card required. See pricing.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FoxtInn runs in any modern web browser. There's also a native Android app for staff on the go. Your team can be on the platform within minutes.
Can you import my existing data?
Yes. We support CSV import for employees, locations, schedules, and tasks. Advanced plan customers get assisted migration from common POS, PMS, and scheduling tools.
Pricing & billing
How much does FoxtInn cost?
FoxtInn offers three plans: Free ($0, up to 5 staff at one location), Pro ($5/user/month, unlimited staff), and Advanced ($99/property + $5/user/month for multi-property operators with full AI suite). Annual billing saves 10%. See all plans.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No setup fees on Free or Pro. Advanced has no setup fee through our promotional period (ends Aug 31, 2026). The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden add-ons required to get the core product.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from account settings. There are no cancellation fees on monthly plans. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata in the first 30 days.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 10% across all paid plans. Nonprofits and education customers may receive an additional discount on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and ACH in the U.S. Invoicing with net-30 terms is available for Advanced plan customers on request.
Security & privacy
How is my data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use role-based access control, audit logging, continuous monitoring, and align with SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and PCI DSS best practices. Read the full security overview.
Where is my data stored?
Primary data is stored in AWS U.S. regions with multi-AZ redundancy and daily backups. Regional hosting options are available for Advanced plan customers on request.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement is available to any customer on request. Email privacy@foxtcon.com.
Is FoxtInn SOC 2 certified?
Our SOC 2 Type I audit is in progress with target completion Q3 2026, and Type II is planned for Q1 2027. We operate to SOC 2 controls today. See roadmap.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell, rent, or trade customer data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Product & integrations
Does FoxtInn work on mobile?
Yes. FoxtInn is mobile-first with a native Android app, plus a fully responsive web app that works on any browser on any device. iOS support is on our roadmap.
Does FoxtInn integrate with my POS or PMS?
We work with popular POS, PMS, payroll, payments, and accounting platforms. Don't see yours? Request it at hello@foxtcon.com and we'll prioritize based on demand.
Do you have an API?
API access is available on the Advanced plan for custom integrations and automations. Contact us at hello@foxtcon.com for details.
Can I run multiple locations on one account?
Absolutely. FoxtInn is built for multi-location operators. One login gives you a portfolio view across every location with role-based access per site.
What does the AI Virtual Manager actually do?
It watches your operations data in real time, flags exceptions like late tasks or schedule conflicts, summarizes daily performance in plain language, and answers natural-language questions about your business.

Free: email support. Pro: priority 8-hour response. Advanced: dedicated account manager, full onboarding, and training. See the SLA for full response time commitments.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Self-serve video tutorials and help docs for all plans. Live onboarding and training sessions for Pro and Advanced customers.
