Pricing questions, answered

How is the Free plan limited?

Free is for single properties with up to five staff members. You get core directory, basic scheduling, mobile time clock, basic task boards, real-time chat, and read-only guest QR. It's a true free tier, not a trial.

How does Advanced pricing work for multi-property owners?

Advanced is $99 per property per month, plus $5 per user per month across your portfolio. For example, two properties with 30 total staff is $198 + $150 = $348/month, with LALA AI, predictive maintenance, and multi-property dashboards included.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup is free for our first 300 hotels on Pro and Advanced, including onboarding and data migration support. Free plan has no setup fee either.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and we'll prorate. You can downgrade at the end of any billing cycle. All your data stays with you across plan changes.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Annual pricing is being finalized. Talk to sales for early commitments — we're happy to work with multi-property operators on custom annual terms.
